DSTV EXPLORA AS PER CONTRACT NOT DELIVERED

Good day,<br> <br> My request for assistance between Telkom stores,call centre has been a four month run around , we get told if we upgrade to 10mb line we get a DSTV Explora, well false promises and a big run around<br> <br> 23rd May the device was app**** for.First got told to call \Courier Services"and the device was \""Activated\"" on the 17th June Number for courier company : ***Call the number - CCD --- Waybill number ***7a .Was told thats a Telkom order number"
