DSL transfer done in super fast time

I just want to thank you for the very fast service given to me today: I requested to have my DSL line transferred to a holding pool in order to have the DSL moved to another ISP and this was all done within the morning! I received 2 calls back to keep me up to date and to confirm that the transfer has been done. Unfortunately I cannot remember the ladies that helped me, but THANK YOU VERY MUCH for fast and efficient service!
