DSL problem - Telkom cannot seem to fix anything

<p>We have now been without DSL for more than a month. There is some or other problem at the Telkom box. After checking again with our service provider yesterday they informed us that Telkom could not indicate when the problem will be resolved. How difficult can it be to find the fault Telkom.</p>
