DSL not working and Telkom refuse to report. No Fibre in the area

DSL was off last week due to the guy that started to do the cabling for Fibre. Working for 4 days and off again. Phone the Call Centre and they were briefed not to report faults on DSL. The local technician an the Front office confirm that it will still be awhile before the Fibre will start working. I need my Dsl line to work and Telkom refuse to report
