DSL not supported after 3 years of using it just switching Service Providers

Bad service I've been using Telkom voice line for last 3-4 years at my residence and I've had my DSL line via openserve connected to Axxess as my service provider and my Data at vox telecoms. So basically I've had ADSL 4mbps internet access to my residence without any problems. I've cancelled my Axxess DSL line and they moved it back to Openserve pool and cancelled my Data package at Vox telecoms to go back to telkom on their 4mbps unlimited package but now I'm told they don't support DSL in my area I'm not in their coverage. Ive called sales department they told me to contact customer care when I call customer care they tell me to call sales department. I just can't find any solution
