DSL line removal from ASSIA

Can i please have my ********** 281 line remove from the ASSIA interleave group and be changed permanently to the fast-path group as my ISP is only able to give me 15Mbps on a 40Mbps line and it has been downgrading to 12Mbps in the last week.

I am less then a block away from the exchange with a noise level of 2.8-6db.

Please change and let me know
