DSL LINE RELOCATION NIGHTMARE

I am requesting my DSL Line to be relocated , i am paying for a DSL contract , for 24 months , i do not want a LTE contract , i did not agree to a LTE contract , I called the call centre and go no joy as she hung up on me because she is working from home and instead of telling me that she is telling me she cannot get me a manager , because apparntly she owns the who of telkom and since what she said is set in stone ,my contract must me jack **** . my ref is*** all i want is my DSL Line installed why is this such a difficult task
