dsl line has now been off for almost three months

I ask for my dsl line to be moved on the 22th of January 2019 and I have been calling in almost every day and been given different stories from all the agents working in TELKOM it is now almost three months and I am still waiting Telkom has lots of stories but only story I want listen to is that they are gone start working at fixing my line cause I am Paying for a service which I am not getting from Telkom
