DSL line fault. 0.7Mb speed on a 4Mb line
<p>Fault Number 1068crk220816. Reported more than a week ago and the line is still not working. Technition came to my house on sunday, checked the line and promised to come back but he did not. Sort this line out, I am not paying for 4mb line if I only get 0.7mb</p>

02 Sept 2016, 14:57How conveniant, just close the case and pretend the line is fixed, surely the customer won't be able to tell his line is still not working. you will not get 1 cent out of me if this line is not fixed NOW!!!!
