DSL line billing release !!

I have been struggling for over a month to get Telkom to release my DSL line billing to the Openserve Staging(Holding) Pool.<br> The Telkom page on Facebook is a waste of time. I contact them daily and they keep promising to follow up etc etc etc.<br> I am extremely unhappy with Telkom's overall service delivery. There is no control and no-one willing to take responsibility.
