DSL and cell phone contract

Fourways Mall Telkom their service is horrible, they rob people, They put my the wrong account and they were charging me 202 on my next bill, I had a DSL which was cancelled 3 month ago which they deducted the last 2 month after cancelling which was R 200, last month they deducted 648,67 which I don't know what is it for, I asked for refund no one helped me until I reversed. now I received a message the says debit order rejected for 598 I should pay to avoid suspension which I don't what is it for because they confirmed it was my account was cancelled... Now I have 2 cellphone contracts with them I want to cancel, I cannot take this nonsense. Fourways Mall Telkom is horrible
