Droppibg call when asking me to hold

Does telkom need more employee's seeing as there call centre is absolutely useless. By far the worst service i have ever received! I have been a client for over 4 years and this is the treatmen i get. Get told to call ********** 888 at 4:30 pm today the 10th January 2018 and being repeatedly call dropped by them. I also have been waiting on the landline since 3:30pm..... with no answer yet again. there are alot of people looking for jobs... maybe get them
