Dropped calls

Honestly there is no useless cellphone network like Telkom. I complained about dropped calls every time I make a calls and till today nothing is done about it and I waste time and airtime because my calls gets dropped every time when I am in the middle of a call. What’s worse is they don’t have an explanation for why my calls gets dropped.
