Driveway dug up and consequent damages.

Telkom trying to upgrade their unreliable service, has without permission dug up my driveway, and in the process broke the water pipe and the drain pipe.<br> they tried to repair the pipes without really having tools.<br> the main water pipe burst loose, leaking full stream the whole night.<br> there is no easy way to contact telkom, as my landline has not worked for over a week now.<br> I insisted they show me the repairs prior to them closing the hole. i don't believe they have fixed the problem properly which will lead to more water wastage.<br> Right now I have a dead telkom line, no water, damaged driveway and more seriously water wastage!!!!!
