Dreadfullservice.

<p>My complaint is for Telkom (Stellenbosch) branch, I went in to the store to apply for a phone my application was approved within 2 hours i received a SMS from them I then went back to the store and the guy that help me said it was approved and now we just have to get the phone as they did not have it in store, so he said they would have to find out at the cloest branch or order the phone from the wearhouse,I feel it is unacceptable that I have to wait almost 2 weeks now for ONE phone to come to the branch!!!!! I feel it's VERY PERTHETIC on a service point that me ( the customer) has to go in to the store daily for the last week and a half and just be told "SORRY WE HAVE NOTHING YET" and NO one is telling me when it will come or anything im still in the dark TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
