Dragging my credit rating in the mud by incompetence , poor or malicious personnel.. Unfair business conduct and abuse of power.
I had an account with Telkom for wifi services. My account was continously suspended for an amount debited on my account for Yellow Pages subscription services. I had never subscribed for the services. and this was eventually admitted by the Yellow Pages who undertook to resolve the matter and credit the account. Despite this undertaking and further fowarding the email from Yellow Pages to Telkom on 30 November 2021. What is concerning, despite having provided the email from Yellow Pages accepting that i did not authorize the subscription, *********** personnel at Telkom continued to suspend my account on the basis of the amount allegedly owed to Yellow Pages. I eventually opted to cancel the contract and send the notice of cancelation on 22 February 2022. Despite the cancelation, Telkom continued to charge subscription fees. I have record that I contacted the following persons, George Makola- Yellow Pages- 15 October 2021 Adriaan Robert Mopp, Telkom 30 Nov 2021 Mr Mononyane, Manager Telkom 24 Jan 2022 Sibongile Vilakazi, Telkom 25 Jan 2022 Khensani Telkom 25 Jan 2022 Toby, Telkom 7 Feb 2022 Mr Taukobong The CEO, Telkom, 17 Dec 2022 Siphesihle Mayiyana, Executive Customer Relations, Telkom, 19 Dec 2022, 30 Jan 2023,14 Feb 2023, and 11 Feb 2023. Sihle undertook to clear the account by 24 Feb 2023 and to date failed to revert to me.
