Downward rude and arrogant

<p>I was very impressed when I recieved a call from your technician within 24 hours after reporting my mom's faulty line to let me he was on his way to fix the line. My mom was not impressed with his behaviour, she felt so disrespected in her own home. Firstly he knocked as if he was a policeman coming to get a ********, next thing he accused my mom of not knowing how to use her instruments and then broke the wall plug and left it like that. He was very much aware it was broken but he couldn't be bothered, taking advantage of the elderly. If the wall plug is not fixed/replaced ASAP before long the landline will stop working.</p> <p>Ref number 248BRK120716</p>
