Downtime on Internet Service
Since my last query on Hellopeter, ref SM189658, my internet service has still not been fixed. This is now coming up to 11 days. In my first query, I did my mention that my home business, depends on having a reliable internet service.

To date, their has been loss of income. The internet service is costing me R1000 / month. My billing on my account will therefore have to be pro-rated from date of non service till the date the service is fixed.

Regards
Dhavendren Ponsami
