Doubting why I chose Telkom as a service provider.

I’ve waited 4 weeks for Fibre installation. Only to be told it is subject to availability of technicians. So you are telling me that after applying twice with two different branches in store because first application just miraculously wasn’t submitted.

App**** 2 weeks ago again and I’m yet to be called for a technician to come out.

Requesting the matter to be escalated and asking who can help me has done no good.
