Double payment
I have an LTE data account. The debit order goes off on the 15th. There wasn't sufficient funds in the account so we made payment on 24 Feb 2016. Another debit order went off on 26 Feb 2016! I didn't give Telkom any permission to debit my account on the 26th of the month, only the 15th. Now I have paid and Telkom debited my account which means I am R716 short and debit orders go off tomorrow the 1st.
