Double device deal A33 Samsung from Telkom

Telkom is the most *********** mobile network ever, in black Friday I saw a double device deal of A33 Samsung and I was interested. I then requested to be called so that I could place the order which they did and I did place the order and was promised that the following week my devices will be delivered but nothing was delivered. On the other following week they called me telling me that they are about to deliver my device and nothing was delivered and it seems like it was returned back, on the 23 of December 2022 they delivered 1 device, I called they said the other one was returned back to them because they didn't have my address and my question was how because the other one was delivered without problems. I kept on calling them while being given so many references but non of them did anything until today I called them and they said the other device will never be delivered it was canceled, they canceled it without telling me, and by this month end I'm going to be debited for something I'm not even using.
