Double deductions on my account

Telkom deducted R644 on the 28 June why ??? i do not know then again on the 30 June they deducted R315 I called telkom 3 times asking them why did they deduct R644 from my account they did not assist me lungelwa said she will open a case but she never did so I called again and this time they assisted with a case number ***2 now I have to wait again I am soo mad at this moment as no one can assist me
