Double deduction on Debit order ( Telkom ***)

Good day i have opned account with Telkom for laptop for R449.00 per month at Telkom the Groove, Pretoria. For the past 2 month they have been deducting double of the money for only 1 device which really inconvenience me financially, i had to borrow money to do other things.I approached them on the 1 Sept 2021 at the Groove Pretoria they promised to pay the money the account that they have been deducting. On the 15 Sep 2021 i went there again since money was not paid and 14 days has passed they said they forgot to call me the money will be credited. I have borrowed money knowing that it will be paid back since Telkom was at the fault deducting double payment on my account ( ***) MM Mohlamonyane, I really need my refund not the credit on the account as i have other things to pay. This is really frustrating as they do not even communicate. can Hello Peter assist by getting extra money that they have deducted on my account.
