Double debitting R500 some odd rand more during december !!

<p>I did an eft on the 9th of december and then i was double debited for the same amount on the 20th of december. I am unemployed i have a certain amount coming in to my account for my debits and now that telkom has debitted more than the amount due my accounts are going to bounce and i will, have to pay the unpaid fees. I am absolutely annoyed at this because they have made the error and now i will be charged unpaid fees because of telkom. I need this to be sorted out !!! i feel regretful choosing the network provider as telkom. I called the contact centre they said there is nothing they can do because back office handles the accounts. IT IS DECEMBER FOR CRYING OUT LOUD</p>
