Double debiting people in the middle of a pandemic

Dear Telkom. We have tried to get into contact with you regarding you taking double payment this month! Even though we have already paid you for end of April. We are in the middle of a pandemic with people struggling to stay afloat and you are just taking money from people for no reason! This is utterly disgusting.

We have tried contacting you but no response. Please help us!!
