Double debited - Refusing to rectify

Absolute terrible service! My monthly amount went off three times. It has been two weeks, trying to get the money back. Whenever I spoke to someone telephonically, they either put the phone down or said that the refund will be issued. I still have not received the money back. I went in to a store and they were not interested in helping at all.
