Double debited my account in January 2017

<p>Please be advised that you have double debited my account this month. The cancellation/ settlement amount agreed on was R1017.26 .This amount was deducted off my account on the 3rd January 2017 , however the exact same amount was deducted off my account again on the 9th January 2017. Please can this amount be refunded back to me ASAP.</p> <p>thanks</p>
