Double debited

Am not happy signed for a fibre end of September and they advised me the debit order will start debiting 10 November 2024 with contract amount of 315 and I asked the consultant what about October and she said no it won't go off you won't pay extra will pay only 315 but my suprise the debit scheduled to debit 630 rand when I called asking what's going on the lady said is the system they didn't know now I had two pay for the debit I didn't budget for and other accounts they will not be paid .so am not happy at all and no one takes responsibility I just need to make payment 😭
