Double debit order for the same product

Got called by a telkom consultant offering a deal that has a faster speed, but on the same amount which is R499, so they will cancel the first contract then delivered a new sim card around march 2026, then started debiting month end April, they debited R898. Went for an enquiry today at a telkom store. They said I was ******* both deals are still active hence they doubled the debit. They said even though it’s cancelled now it will be double the debit again month end may. Kindly assist with
