Double Debit Order Case

I have a Case with Telkom which was resolved by an Agent called Vuyiswa Mbele .Her email is ***, but my resolution wasn't resolved all supporting documents were provided this incident happened last week and i've been trying to communicate with the Billing Agent but no Feedback. I'm so disappointed with this useless Service Provider
