Double Debit, incorrect Debit Date

My debit runs on the 25th of each month. But today my account has been debited with R911.70. Why is this happening in times like this. Can this be rectified ASAP.

Your own agent did say that this is not correct but there's nothing they can do. Telkom, you can't do this with people's money. Please Pay back the money.
