Double debit for no reason!!!!!!!!!
Please see attached statement. The debit order for January went off successfully. I signed up for a contract of R286 a month. However today I was debited R486.94. I want my R200.94 refunded IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I made arrangements for my contract to be fixed!!!!!!!!!!. I spoke to Khanyisile Feli this morning who deliberately gave me a wrong email address for complaints...
I am NOT waiting 7 days. I want my refund immediately

06 Mar 2018, 07:40I have had no one contact me to this very day!!!!!!!!!!! I want my refund!!! No one can tell me why I was debited so much when my January payment went off successfully. I want my R200.94 bac**** The contract that I signed up for is R286 per month, NOT R486.94!!!!!!!!!
