Double debit and refund for a bank charge for unauthorised early debit

Telkom, debited my account early in december 2023 even though i signed an agreement for the debit of the 25th of every month. and i was charge an unpaid fee of R147 by standard bank, i want a refund for bank charges 2. On 29 December 2023 i made EFT paying my telkom bill as advised by telkom branch consultant in park station and on the same day the 29 i was debited by telkom. i want my money back ******.
