Double Debit

<p>So Telkom makes a mistake and double debits me. Fine, they pay the amount back into my account within days, BUT who pays for the bank charges? Should we all just allow the banks to make more money on Telkoms mistakes, but on our hard earned money? R16 x every Telkom debit order customer adds up, but we as individual service users are penalized. Simple things that will make me change service providers, yes Telkom, you are not the only option these days!</p>
