Double charged

I am disappointed on telkom, on the 25 June they debited my account and there was a return as we were not paid yet. But on the 30th June they debited and got their money, on the 16 July they tried to debit again but didn't get any money, today the 21 July they debit again the contract amount and charges. So now I am paying June twice with charges, somebody is not doing their job well in account department. How come they didn't see payment on the 30th June, they messing up my account. The store in mall of Africa is always closed. I find this unprofessional
