Double charge every month
Every month since i got my lanline and internet from telkom they have been double charging me. And every time i phone in to dispute it they wount help me. This is *****. How is any one to trust a company like telkom when they do this. I signed a contract for R799 a month. All inclusive. Now im being charged R1 284,33. This is unacceptable!!! I will open a cival law suite against telkom and also make sure my story is in all the papers.

They think because they are this big company that the clients dont matter. If it wasnt for the clients they would not even exist. But no. F&£@k the client. Typical South African company.
