Double charge

What a ******* of a company, they double charged me on my wifi contract and when going to the store I'm told that my Dec debit order was late while it went off on the 31 and that was the agreed date when I signed my contract and now they are telling me that for Dec I was supposed to pay early, what company does that! my payment was not late at all, telkom please cancel my contract
