Double billing for 40 gigs Smartbroardband Internet Contract with Telkom

I have find out on Saturday, 16 June 2018 that have the 2 x 40 gigs Smartbroardband Internet Contract with Telkom, after I was charge double i.e. R274.30 x 2. I only know of 1 x 40 gigs Smartbroardband Internet Contract with Telkom. I spoken to Mr. Tholane Gilbert Ngotshane @ ********** who is working for Telkom Customer Care and he informed me that I have 2 x 40 gigs Smartbroardband Internet Contract with Telkom. I'm so angry with Telkom for double contract of 40 gigs Smartbroardband Internet Contract. I want my refund now.
