Double billed and Bad experience of staying on line more than an hour

I was billed twice for no reason.m even struggling to go through a consultant becos i called 10217 little did i know is chowing my airtime and 180 number is not going through i hace more than 1hour since im waiting to go through consultant i am not happy at all i want my money
