<p>I app**** for Wifi fibre deal on the 22nd of August. I recieved a non reply email confirm my application with an sms advising i was approved for this deal. Till this day i have never heard back, when to the Bluff store was told phone the number given on websit we cant help. Phoned the customer number to hang on for 40 minutes and still havent spoken to an agent. So my question is..Dont you need my business if ao please advise in written proof that my business is not needed.</p>
