DON'T YOU EVER TRY AND REQUEST AN EMERGENCY AIRTIME FROM TELKOM

Good day All

so I requested an emergency recharge the 20th of January and it went through but my account was not credited then I recharged later that week and the amount that I didn't use was deducted from my account ,so yesterday 14th Feb I tried again to request another emergency recharge and the same thing happened.Can you guys please credit my account accordingly.
