Don't you dare get into a contract with Telkom

If you are considering to get into a contract with Telkom, I would advise you to never even bother. They have the most horrible customer service and actually don't care. To date my matter has never been resolved, furthermore, their cancellations department never picks up their phone. It is a delay tactic so that they keep you stuck in a contract you no longer want. What type of a service provider that does not have a contract cancellations e-mail? It is time to take the matter to the Consumer Complaints commission!
