Don't waste your time with Telkom

Telkom mobile are the worst company to do business with. I regret entering into a mobile contract with them initially. Imagine this .... I cancelled a cell contract at the end of January 2019, before the mobile device was delivered but Telkom still delivered the device (a family member signed for it). I contacted Telkom to collect the device still sealed in its original packaging which they did after two weeks and a few calls. Five months later I am still being debited for the cellphone. Numerous costly calls later and nobody at Telkom is cancelling the debit order or interested in refunding me. So every month I have to go to the bank to reverse the transaction. Why should I be inconvenienced????I give up ......
