Don't want to refund my money!!!

So i canceled my Telkom Lte month to month in august. September they took amount of R473.00 and that was my last payment then i was done with them, i didn't knew that since my thing was R699.00 per month so i paid another R300.00 in to their account thinking they made a mistake.

after investigate the situation i found that i paid more,and on the invoice it says refund of R300.00 it start in september, i phoned telkom mobile they said everything is oky they will give me a refund i have to wait 10 working days still no refund phoned again they told me that they made a mistake and credit my telkom account,they told me i have to wait 10 working days again so i waited and still nothing.

Now i want to take it further so ask them can i please speak to a manager. well that didn't went to plan because the manager is always busy with another call or not at the desk (after the 10th call) they will ask that the manager will phone me that never hapend.i got the email address for the manager,i ask in the mail if this is the team leader for telkom and she rep**** yes,i told her my story and never got feedback from her so no i don't know what to do anymore.

Oky lets try to go to telkom. I took my bank statements and a very nice lady help me since she knows who to speak via email to that can help me. so finely got some hope a lady phoned me from telkom said she is sorry about all this and they will process my refund i have to give it 10 working days so here we go again. after 10 days still nothing, went to telkom again she mail the lady told her that i stil haven't received my refund,she never rep****. I have confirmed that all the bank details is correct. same account where they debit my account from.

It is now 18-01-18 still no refund. So this is R300.00 Not the end of the world i can forget about it but it is the principle that this is my money and not telkom's It doesn't belong to you. go check my profile i have been years with you,and that's how your threat your clients.
