Dont want to cancel my line

Tried to cancel my line since the 13th May. Have phoned numerous times and have emailed even indaviduals of telkom my cancellation request and it has still not been uploaded for cancellation. They say I now need to wait another 14 days and maybe someone will contact me. Absolutely pathetic. They dont want to cancel the line
