Dont want my business

I app**** for the 5 gig November deal on the morning of the 30th of November, only to be called by sales today - more than the indicated 24hrs later, to be told as today is the 1st of Dec, i can no longer get the deal. I wanted to try Telkom out for a month to possibly take out a cell contract when mine expires in Jan -because of their great iPhone deals and LIT - but they obviously cant even be bothered loosing a potential customer. Highly irritated.
