Dont use this company

My partner is beyond frustrated with this useless company. He upgraded his contract in July he used the internet once since then. His contract is contiously suspended. He is meant to pay R900 per month but no Telkom thinks it's ok to debit him over R9000 per month!! After continuous phone calls, ref numbers etc we still sit with a suspended internet. No resolution to this problem. We are beyond frustrated and angry with Telkom. Beyond flippin useless and no customer service. And then they still have the check to charge an additional fee everytime you reverse the debits which are incorrect.
