DONT USE telkom they want money but dont provide the service

Only giving one star because you cant give minus stars. My LTE line is supposed to be a 10mbps line but at on the best days i get maby 1mbps. Phone and complained the lady made me go through 1000 ****ty steps to change settings on the router and on the simcard . did not work. Then i phoned a nother 20 times before they loged a complaint and gave me a ref no. 1 month went past gave them a call again the lady told me that the number on there system keeps going to voicemail , asked wat the number was its not my number , Keep in my i have 2 phone contracts aswel with telkom. and all 3 acounts are on the same name same id even the bill is for all 3 account together but they dont have my number. its been 6 Months now and still no help. Telkom is usless they only want you money with no sirvice.
