DONT USE TELKOM!!! THE WORST!

I app**** for a iPhone 6 plus 16gig unlimited data (for 6 months) deal at R499 from Telkom. I was informed that I would receive the handset five days later. I went to the shop on the Friday to be informed that there was no stock and I would have to wait. I contacted head office and they informed me that there was a national stock issue. I think it would be good business practice for Telkom to \pull their marketing off the internet"until they can meet demand. I have never experienced such BAD service at any network. I am surprised that Telkom can stay in business. I app**** for a galaxy Tab 4 in December through Telkom and waited 3 weeks before cancelling with them. This is the second time in a year Telkom DISAPPOINTS COMPLETELY! Will be cancelling with the inferior network and moving to Vodacom. Oh"
