Don’t use Telkom mobile their billing is terrible.

Telkom have loaded R2500 worth of incorrect charges to my account, I tried calling them to resolve(over 1 week ago) and I’m still waiting for this to be rectified. Nobody I spoke to was willing to help and they just passed me from one person to the other.
